A Survey of Weapons Used in World War I

The Cheshire Historical Society is hosting “A Survey of Weapons Used in World War I: A new century heralded new forms of defense” on Sunday afternoon, Nov. 19.

Marshall Robinson, Society Director and Firearm and Tool Mark Examiner will provide a fascinating look at military technology of 1900 to 1917 as the battlefield changed from horse-drawn to gasoline powered vehicles along with the other developments and refinements used by the armed forces of the time.

Located at 43 Church Drive, the Society’s talk will begin at 2 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
